For small contact lists · free · no login
Review a small contact list. Prepare a vCard file.
Paste 1–25 contact rows, check the field mapping, and download a local .vcf file for a manual import. Nothing is added to Google Contacts by this page.
Google Contacts already imports CSV using its own template. Use Google’s native CSV or vCard import instructions if that meets your needs; this conversion is optional.
Contact text and generated files stay in this browser until you choose to download, copy or import them yourself. Usage events exclude names, addresses, phone numbers and file contents. No account connection, upload, contact creation or email sending happens here.
1. Paste your contact CSV
Exact header order: firstname, lastname, email, phone. First name, last name and one plain ASCII email are required. Keep the phone column even when blank. Email addresses must be unique within this input, ignoring case. Maximum 100,000 characters.
Names allow up to 100 Unicode characters each, including accents and emoji, but no controls, formatting characters or line breaks. Nothing is trimmed or normalized. Phone is optional: + and 2–15 digits, first digit nonzero, no spaces or extensions. This checks format, not whether a number or email exists. Use quoted CSV fields for commas, and doubled quotes inside quoted fields.
Edits to the example remain sample use. Start empty before entering your own contacts.
Own contact mode.
3. Import manually, then check the result
Review every name, email and phone first. The display name is first name followed by last name; the vCard also stores given and family names separately. There are no middle names, organizations, photos, labels, multiple emails or extensions in this prototype.
Check your existing contacts for duplicates before importing. On a computer, open Google Contacts and choose Import, Select file, then the reviewed .vcf file. Only you confirm Import. Inspect the resulting contact fields afterward; stop if they are wrong, and do not blindly import again.
This prepares UTF-8 vCard 3.0. Actual Google import compatibility, successful contact creation and time savings are unverified. The local file contains personal details; handle and remove copies according to your needs.
