Prepare a clear file handoff, including what’s missing.
Compare promised filenames with your prepared list. Get a handoff draft for your document or email, with ready, missing and unexpected names and the checks still needed.
Everything you paste stays in this browser. Usage events exclude filenames, labels and draft text. This page does not access Drive or check file contents, permissions, versions or links.
1. Add the handoff details
One filename per line; no header. Names match exactly after trimming spaces, including letter case and extensions. Duplicate names need resolution before drafting. Maximum 500 lines and 100,000 characters per list. Both labels are required: 200 characters, one line, no braces. A blank prepared list means none are ready.
Edits to the example remain sample use. Start empty before adding your own work.
Use your normal Drive and document workflow
Copy filenames from the listing you already use. Compare the draft with your folder, confirm contents and access yourself, then paste it into Docs or your email editor. This is a local drafting aid; no file is uploaded or message sent. Manually comparing a folder list and writing a note is the existing alternative; no time saving has been measured.
