For a simple business signature · free · no login
Prepare a simple email signature.
Enter your details, review a local preview, and download a small HTML file or copy plain text. Finish manually in Gmail. Nothing is installed or sent here.
Gmail already has a signature editor. Use Google’s native signature instructions if you prefer to format it there. This optional layout has no images or tracking.
Details and generated files stay in this browser until you copy or download them. Usage events exclude your details and output. No Google account access or network loads are needed to prepare or view the downloaded file; following an email or website link opens its destination.
1. Enter your signature details
Name and email are required. Text fields allow up to 100 characters, email 254, phone 40 and website 300. No line breaks, controls, formatting characters or surrounding spaces. Email uses a plain ASCII address with a dotted domain. Phone is plain text: digits with an optional leading +, spaces, parentheses, dots or hyphens. Website accepts HTTPS, a dotted ASCII hostname and simple optional path; no query, fragment, credentials, encoded characters or custom port.
Edits to the example remain sample use. Start empty before entering your own details.
Own detail mode.
3. Finish manually in Gmail on a computer
- Open the downloaded HTML file locally. Select and copy the rendered signature. The file contains only the signature; do not paste its HTML source. You can use the plain-text fallback instead.
- In Gmail, open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Name the signature and paste into its editor. Review spelling, formatting and link destinations.
- Choose signature defaults for new messages and replies as desired, then Save Changes.
- Compose a draft and inspect the resulting signature and links. Adjust it in Gmail’s editor if needed. No message needs to be sent to complete this check.
Native Gmail paste compatibility, saved settings and draft appearance have not been verified by this prototype. Mobile signatures and organization-wide installation are outside this job. The downloaded file contains your contact details; handle local copies according to your needs.
