Turn meeting topics into a timed agenda for Docs.
Bring topic responses from your Form or spreadsheet into three CSV columns. Prepare an agenda in the supplied order, check missing owners and your time budget, then copy it into your normal document.
Your CSV, title, times, owners and agenda text stay in this browser and are excluded from usage events. This page does not connect to Google, read Form responses, create Docs or send messages.
1. Add your meeting topics
Native Forms exports may contain extra columns: select and rename only topic, owner, minutes first. Use those exact CSV headers in any order, then one topic per row. Quoted commas are supported. Keep each topic and owner on one line; a blank owner becomes a review item. Reorder rows yourself to set the agenda order.
Up to 50 topics and 100,000 CSV characters. Titles and owners allow 120 characters; topics allow 200. Each topic needs a whole number of minutes from 1 to 180, with at most 480 minutes total. Use a 24-hour start in HH:MM format and a whole-number budget from 1 to 480 minutes, without spaces or leading zeroes. The agenda must finish before midnight that day.
Edits to the example remain sample use. Start with your own agenda before entering your work.
Own agenda mode.
Use a Forms or Sheets CSV export
Paste an export with its existing headers and extra columns. Choose the topic, owner and minutes columns yourself, then check the rows before adding them to your agenda. No Google connection is needed.
Up to 100,000 characters and 50 data rows. Headers must be nonblank and unique, including after trimming spaces. Every row must match the header width. Only your three selected columns are kept; values and row order stay literal.
Finish in your normal Docs workflow
Prepare topic, owner and minutes columns from the responses you already have. Check that every needed topic is included, confirm each owner and timebox, and resolve the budget warnings. Paste the reviewed agenda into your own Google Doc and check its sharing permissions before sharing it yourself.
Times are simple local clock labels; no date, timezone, attendee availability or Google document is checked. Writing an agenda manually remains an alternative. Actual Google execution and time savings are unmeasured.
