Find a time everyone supplied.
Paste people’s available windows and find shared intervals long enough for your meeting. Review the earliest candidate in each interval, confirm it with everyone, then create the event yourself.
If your guests share their calendars, Google Calendar’s Find a time is the native alternative. This local tool is for windows people have already supplied, including people whose calendars you cannot see.
No calendar connection, invitations or booking. Inputs and results stay in this browser until you copy or download them; usage events exclude names, timestamps and results. Availability may change. Only listed people are included, so check the participant list carefully.
1. Paste the available windows
Copy three columns from a Sheet: person, start, end. Tabs between columns, one window per row, no header or blank rows. Use 2–12 people, up to 20 windows per person, 120 rows and 30,000 characters in total. Names are case sensitive, up to 60 characters; use one consistent name per person with no surrounding spaces.
Every timestamp needs a date and a known offset, such as 2026-10-26T09:00-04:00 or 2026-10-26T13:00Z. Check the offset for that date yourself; daylight saving time and local zones are not inferred. Overlapping or touching windows for the same person are joined before comparison.
Editing the example remains sample use. Start empty before entering your own windows.
Own window mode.
3. Confirm and finish in Calendar
Check that every required person appears once under a consistent name. Confirm a candidate and its local time with everyone; recheck current calendars. Then create an event in Google Calendar with the agreed time and duration. Add guests and send invitations only when you are ready. This page performs none of those actions.
No shared interval means the supplied windows do not overlap for this duration. Ask for different windows or agree on a shorter meeting, then recalculate. A missing person, stale window or incorrect offset can make the result incomplete.
