Turn recorded notes into meeting minutes.

Bring manually recorded decisions and actions. Prepare readable minutes and an action checklist grouped by owner, then copy the text or download printable HTML.

Google Docs already has a meeting notes template: in a document, use Insert → Building blocks → Meeting notes. Use that if it meets your needs. This optional formatter does not transcribe meetings, approve decisions, verify completeness, send anything or connect to Google.

Your meeting details, notes and generated files stay in this browser until you copy or download them. Usage events contain fixed labels and success only. No note uploads or saved meeting records.

1. Bring your recorded decisions and actions

Prepare the exact CSV columns kind, item, owner, due. Use decision for a decision row and leave owner and due blank. Use action for an action row with an item, an owner and a real due date in YYYY-MM-DD format. Quote values containing commas, quotes or line breaks using normal CSV rules. This is manually prepared input, not a Google export.

Use 1–30 rows and up to 60,000 CSV characters. Meeting name: up to 120 characters. Meeting date: YYYY-MM-DD. Oversized or invalid input is rejected in full.

Own notes mode. All fields start empty.

3. Check against your notes before sharing

Check every decision, action, owner and due date against your original notes. Confirm any missing or ambiguous details with the appropriate people yourself. Only your input is represented; no transcript, attendance, agreement or completion has been checked.

For paper minutes, open the downloaded HTML locally and review your browser’s print preview. Printing and sharing remain your next steps. Handle confidential notes and saved copies according to your needs.
