Prepare one sheet of postal address labels.

Paste up to 30 literal address rows, review each label, and download a printable HTML file. This uses one fixed Letter layout: three columns and ten rows.

This small prototype supports printable ASCII only, at most 28 characters per displayed line and five lines per label. Accented names, other scripts, emoji and longer addresses need another workflow. Nothing is silently trimmed, shortened, wrapped or transliterated.

Your addresses and generated files stay in this browser. Usage events exclude names, addresses and output text. There is no address upload, account connection, sending or printer connection.

1. Paste your address CSV

Use these exact seven headers in this order: name, address1, address2, city, region, postal_code, country. Keep the address2 column even when it is blank; all other fields are required. Use comma-separated CSV with quoted commas and doubled quotes inside quoted fields. Maximum 100,000 characters.

Labels show name, address1, optional address2, then “city, region postal_code”, then country. Each final line must fit 28 printable ASCII characters, including punctuation and spaces. No blank rows, embedded line breaks or leading/trailing spaces. The complete input is checked before any result is prepared.

Edits to the example remain sample use. Start empty before entering your own addresses.

Own address mode.

3. Test on plain paper before label stock

Layout: Letter 8.5 × 11 inches, portrait. Each label is 2.625 × 1 inch. Top and bottom margins are 0.5 inch; left and right margins are 0.1875 inch. Horizontal gaps are 0.125 inch, with no vertical gaps. Labels fill left to right, then top to bottom. Use a fresh full sheet; start offsets and partly used sheets are not supported.

Open the downloaded HTML in a browser and use its normal Print command. Choose Letter, actual size / 100% scale, no added margins, and headers/footers off. Disable fit-to-page. Print one plain-paper sheet and compare all rows and columns with your intended stock, including the first and last positions. Stop if text or alignment does not fit.

Check every address against your source. This does not validate deliverability, country-specific address formats, stock compatibility or printer calibration. It is an HTML file, not a PDF generator. Printer behavior and time savings are unmeasured.

A mail-merge or your label vendor’s template is an existing alternative for other formats, scripts or layouts.
