Review your RSVP places and waitlist before emailing anyone.

Bring a small list from your Form or Sheet, set the capacity, and prepare an accepted/waitlist roster with a separate recipient, subject and body for each person. Review and send the messages yourself.

Recipient names, addresses, event title, capacity and output stay in this browser and are excluded from usage events. This page does not connect to Google, read Forms, create Gmail drafts, send messages or promote people from the waitlist.

1. Add your recipients and capacity

Select and rename only email, name from your exported responses. Use those exact comma-separated CSV headers in either order, with one person per row. Quoted commas are supported. Names must be nonempty, at most 120 characters, and stay on one line. Use 1–25 unique plain email addresses; duplicates are checked ignoring case. At most 100,000 CSV characters.

The first rows up to your supplied capacity are accepted; later rows form the waitlist in the same order. CSV row order is used as supplied. Verify and arrange received order yourself before pasting: timestamps and actual receipt chronology are not checked.

Capacity must be a whole number from 1 to 25, without spaces or leading zeroes. The event title must be one nonempty line of at most 120 characters. Any invalid row blocks the entire packet.

Edits to the example remain sample use. Start empty before entering your own work.

Own RSVP mode.

Finish in your normal Sheet and Gmail workflow

Compare the roster with your original responses, confirm the capacity and response order, and review each address and draft. Add the event date, venue and other needed details. Create and send each message yourself in Gmail or your normal mail app. Handle cancellations and any waitlist promotion manually.

You can also mark accepted/waitlisted rows directly in a Sheet and write each message in Gmail. This packet is not a Gmail import file; actual Google execution, delivery and time savings are unmeasured.
