Prepare a speaker cue sheet for rehearsal.

Bring selected slide titles and speaker notes into a readable, notes-only sheet. Review the order, download the local HTML, then print it yourself.

Google Slides already offers printing with speaker notes. Use that if it meets your needs. This optional tool requires manually preparing the input; it does not extract a deck or include slide images.

Titles, notes and generated files stay in this browser until you copy or download them. Usage events contain only fixed labels, success and slide counts. No Google access, uploads, storage or sending.

1. Bring your selected notes

In Sheets, create the exact columns slide, title, notes. Copy each selected slide’s number, title and notes manually from your deck. Download that sheet as CSV, then paste its text here. Quote notes containing commas, quotes or line breaks using normal CSV rules. This is not a native Slides export format.

Use 1–20 slides in increasing order, up to 60,000 input characters. Gaps are allowed for a selected excerpt. Each note can have up to 1,500 characters; titles up to 120. Keep normal line breaks in notes; remove invisible formatting characters.

3. Preview, test print, rehearse

Open the downloaded HTML in your browser. Compare all selected slide numbers, titles and notes with the current deck. Use print preview and test on plain paper before relying on it. Print styles start each cue on a new page; long notes can flow onto more pages. Paper size, margins and physical printing are unverified.

Only selected input is represented. The tool cannot check deck completeness, skipped slides, later edits, images, timings or whether a rehearsal succeeded. Download and copy actions do not establish a completed rehearsal. Handle confidential notes and local copies according to your needs.
