Turn your task list into this week’s follow-up report.
Paste the list you already maintain. Get a dated draft with overdue items, owners and concrete next actions, ready to copy into your weekly update.
Your list is processed in this browser. No email or Workspace access, no messages sent and no scheduled automation. Usage events contain no pasted tasks, owners or report text.
1. Add your task list
Copy three columns from Sheets, in this order: task, due date (YYYY-MM-DD), owner. Omit finished tasks and the header. One task per line, literal tabs between columns, no multiline cells. Blank owners become Unassigned. Maximum 500 rows and 100,000 characters.
Only include unfinished work. Due today is not overdue; the report flags dates strictly before the as-of date.
The example uses fictional tasks and people. Edits remain example use. Choose “Start with my own task list” before replacing it with your work.
Need a scheduled metrics email?
The existing Auto-email Weekly Digest pack is $39. It aggregates configured Sheets metric ranges into a weekly HTML email. It is a separate Apps Script workflow: you install it, authorize access, configure ranges and recipients, and maintain the setup. It does not automatically run this task-list draft.
