14 days, no hassle. If a BullPack doesn’t do what its page said, is broken, or just isn’t what you needed, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order email, and we’ll refund it.

We’d rather fix a problem than lose you over one, so if something’s off, tell us what broke — often it’s a five-minute config fix. But the refund is yours either way, no interrogation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Digital goods, delivered instantly — this policy is our own choice, offered because the packs should stand on their own.
