Overdue task queue
Paste three columns from Sheets: task, due date (YYYY-MM-DD), owner. Omit finished tasks and the header row. One line per task; no multiline cells. Maximum 500 rows per box.
Worked example: prepare an owner follow-up list
Copy three columns from unfinished tasks in Sheets: task, due date, owner. Leave out the header and finished tasks. Tabs separate cells; each line is one task. A blank owner is allowed.
Load the fictional example below and keep the as-of date at September 21, 2026. Of three tasks, two are overdue: Send project brief (Alex, September 18) and Confirm delivery (Unassigned, September 20). Check launch copy is due later and stays out of the result. Tasks due on the as-of date also stay out.
Next, replace every example row with your own unfinished tasks, choose your review date and run the check. Copy the result into a draft follow-up or weekly report, confirm the owners, then send it using your usual process. This preview does not send email or update tasks.
Turn this list into a complete weekly report draft. Include current unfinished work and owner next actions, then review and copy locally.
Already need a scheduled Sheets-to-email report? Read the existing Weekly Digest setup and fit requirements. It is a separate paid, self-install Apps Script workflow.

The check runs in your browser. We measure tool usage, not your pasted data or result text. Nothing connects to your Google account or sends a message.
What would make this a complete recurring job?

Describe the job and result you needOpens a draft in your email app; you choose whether to send it. These free previews do not run on a schedule or connect to your Workspace account. A response is a request for information, with no purchase or delivery commitment.
