Turn a small event list into a calendar file.

Paste your event CSV, review the titles and times, and download an .ics file to import yourself into Google Calendar on a desktop.

Your event list and generated file stay in this browser and are excluded from usage events. This page does not connect to Google, create events in your calendar or send invitations.

1. Add your event list

Use the exact CSV headers title, start, end, location and 1–25 event rows. Quoted commas are supported. Include the location column even when a location is blank.

Start and end must include seconds and an explicit time offset, such as 2026-11-04T09:00:00-05:00 or 2026-11-04T14:00:00Z. Fractional seconds are not supported. End must be later than start. Check daylight-saving offsets yourself; no timezone is guessed.

Use timed, single events. This file does not include recurring events, all-day events, attendees or reminders.

Edits to the example remain sample use. Start empty before entering your own events.

Own event mode.

Import manually in Google Calendar on a desktop

Review the event titles, locations and times against your original list. In Google Calendar, open Settings → Import & export → Import. Select your saved .ics file, choose the destination calendar, then import. A separate test calendar is useful for checking the result before using your main calendar.

Check every imported event in Calendar, including its displayed timezone. Importing again or preparing a new file may create duplicates. This is a one-time file, with no sync or automatic updates. Remove mistaken or duplicate events yourself. Downloading the file does not confirm a successful import.

You can also create these events individually in Calendar. Actual Calendar import and time savings are unmeasured.

Download the complete offline calendar tool

Save the HTML file, then open it in your browser to prepare and review your events without a connection. The saved tool starts blank and includes its code; manual Calendar import still needs your normal account workflow.
