Create a Drive handoff with a link for every promised file.
Paste your promised file names and the matching Drive or Docs links. Resolve missing or unexpected names, invalid links and repeated file IDs, then copy a complete handoff for your document or email.
Imported CSV files, pasted names, links, labels and handoff text stay in this browser and are excluded from usage events. This page does not open links or access Google. It cannot check whether a file exists, what it contains, its version or who can open it.
1. Add your file names and links
List one promised file name per line. For the linked list, paste two columns from your spreadsheet: file name, then Google Drive or Docs file URL, separated by a tab. Use no headers. Names match exactly after trimming spaces, including letter case and extensions. Every promised name needs one link, with no extra names or repeated file IDs. Folder links are not accepted.
Maximum 500 lines and 100,000 characters per list. Both labels are required: up to 200 characters, one line, no braces.
Example links are fictional and do not open real files. Edits to the example remain sample use. Start empty before adding your own work.
Own handoff mode.
Use the exact headers filename, url, then one file per row. Quoted commas are supported; multiline cells are refused. Maximum 100,000 bytes and 499 data rows. Import replaces only the linked list; promised names stay yours to verify. It does not upload the file or start a draft.
Finish in your normal Drive and document workflow
Copy the file names and links from the listing you already use. Review the resulting handoff against your actual files, check their contents and sharing permissions, then paste it into Docs or your email editor. No Google login, file upload, sharing change or message send happens here.

The optional helper runs in your own Apps Script account after your Google consent. It lists direct file names and links only; no contents, permission changes or sending. Check recipient access yourself.
Still collecting files? Draft a names-only handoff with a missing-file checklist.
Use the complete job offline
Download a blank HTML tool and open the saved file in your browser. Add your filename/link CSV or paste your list, create the same handoff, and copy or save it as text. The saved tool has no network access, analytics or browser storage. Sharing permissions still need your own review.
